Positive: Didn’t realize there was breakfast included? But otherwise everything was perfect. Cleanliness was the most comforting in our stay.
Negative: Shower is a little tricky to use.

Very functional studio with nice terrasse
Positive: Very functional apartment for a business stay, with very nice terrasse, comfortable bed and very well-equipped kitchen. I also appreciated the unexpected quietness in spite of lively
St Denis street
Negative: It is not possible to switch off the air conditioning, not even reducing the fan which was directed at the bed all night and day, leaving me with a sore throat at the end of my stay.
The coffee machine only offers filter coffee quality, hence a Nespresso-like machine would
be a great improvement!
