Positive: Location & very. comfortable bed! Negative: Nothing.

Locations was in the heart of shopping and entertainment we came to Montreal for Positive: Location on St. Laurent was walking distance to stores we like to shop while in Montreal and the venue for the show we came to see - Just for Laughs. Property was clean, spacious and comfortable Negative: No onsite parking but there was a 24 hr parking lot we used approx 2 blocks away

Excellent location with quick access to bus and Metro and lots of good restaurants nearby and a grocery store across the street. Hosts were very responsive to the couple of inquiries we made. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent séjour ! Nous louerons volontiers de nouveau avec Unique Stays. Positive: Emplacement fabuleux. Accueil et réactivité excellents de la part de Unique Stays. Rapport qualité prix plutôt bon. Insonorisation efficace des fenêtres côté rue, alors que le boulevard Saint-Laurent peut être parfois vraiment bruyant. Negative: Le seul bémol est la qualité du lit, qui n’est pas au niveau du reste de la prestation. Nous l’avons signalé et Unique Stays a dit qu’ils allaient s’occuper du sujet.

Excellent place to stay, within walking distance to everything of interest (to us) in the downtown area. There was some concern about street noise which turned out to be a non issue. The upstairs tenant however, was quite noisy until the wee hours of the morning but not much can be done about that considering the location of the property it was an acceptable inconvenience.
