The space was beautifully designed, warm, and thoughtfully detailed, and the service made the experience feel truly personal from the moment we arrived. Everything felt calm, comfortable, and welcoming—exactly what we needed for a short getaway. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Great location, great communication.
Positive: Location fantastic, room beautifully decorated. Great communication, easy check in.
Negative: Not a dislike as such but a suggestion. As considerable expense went into the refurb, USB should be added, much more convenient for international travellers.
