Great place to see it all! Positive: Cute, comfortable, and right in the middle of everything

Awesome, we will consider booking again! Positive: We love the soundproof effect, very convenient location, very prompt responses from the staff, the coffee and snack bar and our room. Negative: There was a weird smell from time to time, especially whenever we opened the door to enter our room.

Chambre pratique et sûre, bien située proche de l'UQAM. Positive: Plusieurs séjour dans cet hébergement très bien situé proche de l'UQAM, et c'était la première fois que j'ai eu cette chambre (203) qui est aussi bien que l'autre. Tout est bien propre et fonctionnel. Check-in sans contact. Je n'ai jamais croisé personne dans cet hébergement, ni autre client, ni personnel. C'est très calme. Un code d'accès est envoyé un petit peu à l'avance. Dans la chambre, la machine à café est particulièrement appréciée! Le wifi fonctionne bien. Negative: Ce quartier, comme le reste de Montréal, se détériore à chaque fois que j'y vais.

The location and room were excellent. Our stay was let down by the poor air conditioning Positive: The location was excellent, room was lovely and the bathroom was excellent Negative: We received an email in advance of our stay saying the wall mounted air conditioner was broken but a mobile air conditioner would be supplied. The room was cool when we arrived, which was great but the machine was so loud we couldn’t sleep despite using the supplied ear plugs. In addition, the mobile air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool
