Alles top! Positive: Sehr aufmerksames Team und immer schnell über Booking erreichbar, unkomplizierte Kommunikation, super Badlicht zum Schminken, alles notwendige im Zimmer und noch mehr.

Fantastic location Positive: The location Negative: Complaints about hotel 1. Did not mention that Saint Denis street at their locations is for pedestrian traffic only. My GPS got confused. 2. The room was not cleaned properly as the air conditioner right above the bed had a major layer of dust on it. I went to touch the vent and a glob of dust hit me in the face 3. The TV is only setup for streaming and does not get any live network broadcast. I was not there to watch TV but it would of been nice to have. 4. The bathroom did not have enough room for toiletries. There is a blank space in the bathroom where they can mount a shelf under the AC outlet.

Fully autonomous stay — for better or worse Positive: • The customer service through the Booking chat is very helpful — they reply fast and politely. • The self check-in with a code works well. • The location is excellent, right in the heart of Montreal. • There’s a nice snack corner in the hallway with free coffee, cookies, crackers and energy bars — a lovely touch. • In the room, there’s a coffee machine with plenty of capsules, which I appreciated. Negative: First of all, there is no elevator, and no reception staff to help. I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs on my own. I can’t imagine how anyone with reduced mobility could manage. • The fridge is set too cold. My yogurt, melon and strawberries all froze, and despite trying to adjust the temperature, nothing changed. I had to defrost everything. • The AC is noisy, even on silent mode. • If you forget to hang the “please clean the room” sign before 11am, housekeeping won’t clean. One day, I went out early for sightseeing and put up the sign later — too bad, they didn’t clean my room or change my sheets. Not ideal for a vacation when you want to relax, not stress over housekeeping cutoffs. • Most importantly: the Wi-Fi WAS A DISASTER. From day one, I noticed the connection was unstable. I informed the property, and they said they’d contact a technician. It would work for a bit and then crash again. This happened every single day. Eventually, I ran out of my mobile data because I had no other choice but to use it. On the last evening, I even had to walk outside in the rain around 8pm looking for public Wi-Fi just to check in for my flight. I couldn’t even call or message the property because my data was gone and there’s no reception at all. I was left stranded and extremely frustrated. Despite its charm and decent location, the amount of stress, inconvenience, and lack of proper support makes this place not worth the price. I honestly give it a 4 out of 10.
