Positive: The room was super comfy and cozy. It had everything you may need, including a coffee machine and a kettle. There is also a little snack bar in the facilities in case of emergency. Negative: It is not in the quietest street. There are a bunch of bars playing loud music throughout the night. They are very kind to provide earplugs in the room though.

Very responsive and professional staff! Positive: The staff were very responsive, helpful, and professional. Their work definitely have made up for the trouble we had. The location was great, right by the most convenient metro station(Berri-UQAM) in the city. Shower’s water pressure and temperature control was great, self-serve snack/coffee was very helpful. Balcony was lovely too! Negative: The soundproof was pretty good in the property, but we could still hear the outside music. Given that it is in the middle of the busy street I guess it is inevitable (they did provide earplugs)

Positive: Le service du personnel au téléphone

Montreal perfecto para disfrutar de sus calles. Positive: Nuestro alojamiento estaba en la tercera planta, con terraza y muebles. Todo fue estupendo tanto las instalaciones del pequeño hotel como el exterior. La calle, peatonal, llena de vida con restaurantes, cafeterias, pub y tiendas de alimentación. A pocos pasos el metro y autobuses, aunque podía irse andando al centro tras un pequeño paseo.
